Februar f\u00fcr einige Junioren nach Ramsau am Dachstein ins Ski-Trainingslager. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben langen Langlaufeinheiten gab es auch intensive Bewegung in der Schwimmhalle oder auf der Bergwanderung. Genauso aber auch Entspannung auf der Isomatte oder beim Saunabesuch. Die ganze Woche war von coolen Erlebnissen und einem ausgekl\u00fcgeltem und abwechslungsreichen Trainingsplan, von Technik\u00fcbungen bis zu einem Ski-F\u00fcnfkampf mit anderen Berliner Rudervereinen gepr\u00e4gt. Auch wenn es in Ramsau nur wenige Tage mit Minusgraden gab und die Loipen tags\u00fcber recht schnell weich wurden, waren die Sportler immer mit Motivation beim Langlauf dabei. F\u00fcr manche ging es dann auch noch auf die Abfahrtspiste. Bei so viel Bewegung tags\u00fcber wurde das abendliche Buffet in der Unterkunft ebenso motiviert gest\u00fcrmt\u2026Insgesamt war es ein sehr sch\u00f6nes und abwechslungsreiches Trainingslager mit
